techofy.orgは安全ですか？

Disclaimer: My computer is clean of any viruses, malware or PUPs. I was trying to read an article here but before I can read 3 words I am redirected to the home page of techofy.org and then redirected to a completely different commercial site and then another and another. It goes on and on. I can barely see what is being sold before it's redirecting yet again. Either this site is up to no good or it has been hacked/hijacked. Either way it is not currently useful and quite possibly unsafe. I will be monitoring the issue and will adjust my rating when appropriate.
