Excellent Linux help and tips. Clean safe site.

This used to be an outstanding site but has deteriorated alarmingly. Recent reviews appear rushed and often omit important products. Even worse, any criticism is suppressed by the current site manager, who calls himself midnight cowboy, who simply deletes any critical comments, instead of addressing the problems mentioned.
In short, a once excellent site which is losing credibility fast.

this article recommends the Picpick screen capture utility which totally screwed up my firefox installation (bookmarks toolbar disappeared, now the bing search appears every time I open a new tab... time to fix 3 H and several reboots...)

Very useful site. A great place to find out about freeware and legitimate reviews of freeware. Gizmo's also has a forum where one can find good info on freeware as well. Their current policy is that links to other sites cannot be posted on their site, unless it has been given a green site rating by WOT.
