teds.com.auは安全ですか？

Couldn't organize a stone throwing comp in a gravel pit. Took my money (after 7 failed attempts using their website) then after 12 hours decided to request that I needed to verify order (over Christmas which takes 5-7 days). 2 days later received an email stating items were out of stock and will take 15-17 WORKING days to get back in stock!

I used their 'Request a price-match' link as I was interested in a video camera. (the web site says it takes about one working day for them to get back to you) The best price I found for the camera I was interested in was $1,050 in Sydney. TEDS had it for a whooping $1,400!!! Clearly ripping people off by $350. I filled out the form correctly and included all the links and prices including my correct email address. Do you think they ever got back to me? I waited and waited ... it's been over two months and still no email. I waited a week before I bought it for $1,050 from the city shop in Sydney. TEDS, what crap service and prices, the internet will be the death of places like TEDS...
