I used Telstra as an Internet and home phone provider for some time, but found them expensive. Moreover, I think that this website is very convoluted: you need to go through what seems to be a lot of unnecessary steps to do things like pay or view bills. It was confusing for me, and I'm net-savvy; it must be difficult for newbys.
