This is a Christian woman writing to encourage other Christian women. There is no way on earth that this site is not trustworthy or child safe. It's not intended for children, but it's certainly safe for them.
This author, Lysa TerKeurst, has written multiple books, and her subject matter has NOTHING to do with pharmaceutical offers. She writes Christian devotions, books for encouragement, etc. Those reporting this as a bad site are either confusing it with a similarly-named site or attacking because they disagree with her Christian content.
This site is simply to order the latest book by author & speaker Lysa TerKeurst. I was surprised to see WOT's cautionary warning regarding this site. I read through the 4 reviews that rated it poorly and they all had to do with some type of pharmaceutical company websites. Not sure what that has to do with Lysa TerKeurst.
Anyway, I have ordered several of Lysa's products in the past and have never encountered any phishing, spamming, or scamming as a result. This is a reputable company.
I rated it "be cautious" under suitability for children simply because this is an e-commerce website, if you want to order the book or other materials that go along with the book. There is nothing explicit or harmful to children here, just unless you want your child racking up a large bill for your credit card, you would not want them on this website.
Criminal Spammer! Criminal Fraudster!
The laws of most countries make it an offence to send emails with faked information - the sort of spam these people send me from three to five times a day.

This is the 'Pharmacy Express' criminal spammers' brand.
The spamwiki entry shows that 'Pharmacy Express' is linked to 'Ed Express' by sharing a botnet - 'Storm Trojan'.
They are also linked by frequent sharing of name servers, and a shared names sequence on those servers.
They are also linked by shared domain-name generating algorithms - domain names have appeared for both brands, beginning with 'ashok', 'all', 'air', 'america', 'ace', and they were registered almost simultaneously for both brands. Email received by me show two or more URLs linking to both 'Pharmacy Express' and 'US Drugs' sites. This is evidence tending to show that these three brands are promoted by a single gang or person. A legitimate retailer doesn't need hundreds of websites, but a criminal has to keep generating new ones. These are some of the most recent 'word salad' domain names recently created by these criminals for this brand:
