I am the site administrator of this very site.
It WAS true that there was a short time period where a technical issue caused this trouble. I fixed it as soon as I learnt about it (I got no notification from the hoster (the automatic notification system did not work!).
So I wish that the reputation gets back into the green area as the red area hinders us to get in contact with new sponsors.
