The Job Search here is Horrible - Unusable really. You are forced to only search using their Job Titles, which is so limited, my title was not even listed. No Privacy Settings, allowing me to hide my identity if I applied for a job through this site. I couldn't find Any Jobs that filmy area of engineering - it even gave me results that did not match my search. I also tried Saving Jobs, and have new jobs emailed to me, however, they seem to Update the Dates on most of the jobs, so I received the same ones over and over, always Dated like it was New form Today. Crazy, and a Big Waste of Time..
