My husband purchased tickets to today's Broncos @ Bears game.. ***** from ticketnetwork.com. The tickets (real hard proof tickets-not paper printed)) came in the mail in a timely fashion and everything seemed ok. He spent 1600. ( way above face value... But that was a price he was willing to pay as he's a die hard fan) on four tickets. When he and his friends arrived to Soldier Field two of the tickets were scanning and the other two were not.. The guy that was scanning tickets said well these are legitimate tickets go ahead and I'll pass you in... I'm not sure what's going on. It might be my scanner he said. So my husband and friends ended up going to their seats and there were two people sitting in two of their seats-- hence why they weren't scanning at the front gate in the first place. Those people sitting at his seats had bought tickets from Ticketmaster. My husband had legitimate hardcopy tickets along with his friends in his hand... Yet this other person had a paper copy of my husbands ticket info. So they called an usher to figure out what the issue was and she goes oh I'll be right back to figure it out. My husband waits a few minutes and she she comes back with a number of security guards to escort my husband and one of his friends out of the game as their tickets were not valid.... Bc the ticket master purchaser came 5 minutes ahead of my husband and had HIS ticket!!! Complete and utter scam! You think you're getting legitimate tickets... Pay above face value only to be HUMILIATED in front of so many people and get kicked out of the stadium. I do however blame soldier field for not further investigating and accommodating either my husband and his friends or the ticket master ticket holder in finding other seats as opposed to kicking one party out after paying so much money. TicketNetwork needs to confirm that tickets are legitimate, prior to allowing their party sellers sell, and that these tickets are not sold on other websites. My husband traveled many miles to see his favorite team, the Broncos, only to get embarrassed and kicked out of the stadium for a game that he was waiting on more than a year to go to!! Shame on ticket network, and soldier field in Chicago!! No wonder were not Bears Fans!!!! Complete and total disgrace to both companies and franchises!!!

We used TicketNetwork to purchase tickets for the Monster Jam last weekend. The event was on Saturday and, the procrastinators we are, we waited until Friday to get our tix. My husband and son sat in section 217, row 12, and we paid only $45 per ticket. We received a courtesy call Saturday afternoon to make sure we received the link to print our tickets. When I had a question and called their number, not only did I talk to a human, i did so without navigating through an automated system and without sitting on hold. The guy I spoke to spoke fluent English :) and was very friendly. We will def. be using TicketNetwork in the future!

I recently purchased tickets to a local basketball game using ticketnetwork and was very satisfied. I was able to select the exact seats I wanted all online and my tickets were waiting for me at will call just as requested. I would definitely use ticketnetwork in the future.

Received our tickets in a timely fashion. Our actual seats ended up being different than what was advertised, but it was all good as they were right behind our friends who were a row ahead of us. Great site, speedy service, will definitely buy from again.

I recently bought St. Louis Rams vs. 49er tickets froom Ticket Network...eleven tickets for my entire family and the site was super easy to navigate. I even found a free shipping code on ***** that took $15 offer our bottom line price. Entertainment for 11 on New Years Day for $89 you can't really beat that. My tickets arrived within a week via FedEx. I've sold and bought tickets on Stub Hub before and this was just as safe and easy to use and it was CHEAPER!! Gotta love that. As a matter fact I posted my find on Facebook and on game day there were several parties there that I knew and had bought tickets through Ticket Network. Only the Rams actually winning a game could have made the experience better.

I used this website to get tickets to see The Trans Siberian Orchestra. I received floor seats 13 rows from the stage and only paid half their face value. The tickets were received the next day at a Fed Ex. I ordered the tickets about 3pm from SC and they were in hand from CT the next day around 1pm however they were available at 10 am that morning. This was accomplished without paying a special delivery fee (just the standard $15 fee). I could not be happier with my experience with this ticket vendor.
