The operators of this URL shortener site apparently ignore reports about spammed links. I have reported two links advertised via spam e-mails (both redirect to illegal/illegitimate pharmacy sites) and so far the site operators have not taken down either short URL.
If you wish to attempt to contact the site owner, the address on the site is tnij.kontakt@gmail.com. The site is in Polish, so presumably the site operators can read Polish. Google has a Polish translator at *****

Very bad website, these guys are using spambots on 4chan to lure them to links hosted on tnij which contain child pornorgraphy
