Their torrents are the few on the Internet that are never fake, but be aware they have a huge adult (porn) section, so it's not safe for children. But their RATIO business is just this, a business. To get what you want you need to use lots of bandwidth and money. Neither a fraud or phishing, but definitely a scam very well run by a huge corporation.
