After you paid he wants the link to your banned account which is something like ***** And then like 5,10mins after you need to log out and log in and your unbanned. He didn't accept my skype request for nearly 2 weeks but then he told me why. The site is legit but however i think this is illegal , but im not sure...

This is a scam website created by "WIX.com", and the owner of this website is a scammer. You are require to add this scammer through Skype to complete the deal, once you send him the code or money, he will delete your skype. And of cause, you will lose your money and he won't give you the tools, because the whole thing is a trap.
