truthcontrol.comは安全ですか？

I have my doubts about truthcontrol.com as I have tried to comment on the site, but can not comment till registered.I was denied due to answering captcha question incorrectly , The problem is ,there is no question just a box to check. Try again and now told my email is allready linked to an account. So I try to log in . Now I need a log in password, I was not given a chance to choose one. They do not have a forgot password option but a change password option, you need original pw to change from. All from a comment questioning some of the information given.
