DO NOT USE! TWStore came up in a Google search for the product I was shopping for. It looked like an amateur website but looked fairly good at first and accepted PayPal for payments, so I thought I was somewhat safe in ordering. After placing the order I did some research on what I purchased and then sent an email to TWStore requesting a cancellation. The next day I get an automated email stating my order had shipped. I sent another email asking if the order could still be canceled, received a short reply from "Rose" asking if I want to return the order. I replied yes and asked for details how but never received a reply. Then I only received on of the two items that I ordered. Both showed UPS delivery confirmations but at different times on the same day, meaning one probably was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. TWStore has not responded to any emails asking to look into this matter. And to make this more frustrating and confusing, I now received two additional packages of items that I did not order at all. Finally, all of the packages that I received are actually from Kohls.com- so I have no idea what shady affiliate TWStore really is. Calling Kohls.com's 800-number did not help at all. It's been a week since I placed this order and wish I never had. DO NOT SHOP AT twstore-usa.com.
