UGREEN confirmed in writing that my NAS order included a UPS. Weeks later, they denied it — despite ongoing promotions with the same bundle. During a live support chat on October 3rd, their representative Virginia clearly stated: “Yes, but the UPS will be shipped after Oct. 30th.” I followed up by email on October 6th to confirm the shipment. Weeks later, UGREEN changed their position and now refuses to send the UPS, claiming my order didn’t qualify — despite their written confirmation. Even after providing evidence (screenshots and emails), UGREEN closed the case and said they would not respond further. This is unacceptable. A company must honor its written commitments. I’m sharing this publicly to warn other consumers and urge UGREEN to fulfill the promised UPS shipment.
