usenext.comは安全ですか？

I have used this site for over 9yrs and have been totally satisfied. Customer service does take a few days as can only use email since they are a foreign country but its usually only 3/4 days or less. I recently noticed they are FaceBook and sooo many satisfied customers I don't understand why this poor rating. I have never rec'd unwanted emails only the bill for my approval.

Unfortunately many of the negative comments about UseNeXT at the current list are incorrect or can be misinterpreted. Especially comments about malware or malicious content are usually connected with UseNeXT, however as a provider we neither own nor control the usenet servers, hence we are not responsible for its content.

The Aviteo firm in Germany has sent me an invoice claiming I downloaded their software to optimize a DSL connection. Why would I need to optimize a 25Mbps VDSL connection? Answer: Never! Also, I pay all software downloads with a designated credit card, and no firm should send me an invoice for a new software license. It would appear that the firm is looking for easy money without providing even a bad service!

Bei UseNeXT gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, also keine Abo-falle oder dergleichen, man hat die Gelegenheit 14 tage völlig umsonst 30 Gigabyte herunterzuladen, nach dieser Zeit kann man sich entscheiden ob man sich ein UseNeXT Paket kauft oder wieder kündigt. Gruß Sylverbird

Das sagt alles: "Um diesen Service anbieten zu können, müssen wir bereits im Rahmen Ihres Testpakets Ihre vollständigen Daten erheben. Ihr Bank-/Kreditkartenkonto wird jedoch nur dann belastet, wenn Sie sich für eine Nutzung von UseNeXT über den Testzeitraum hinaus entschieden haben."

This site is exactly what it states it's for. There is no hidden agenda here. Where are people getting 'phishing' from or 'poor vendor reliability' from? Is it possible that someone can rig the stats here? Perhaps the competition in the market of usenet and other file sharing sites? It's high quality; good speed and so forth. It's the responsibility of the user to make sure they their virus checker up to date and security up to snuff. There's never been a difference in this particular industry. I don't understand where the whining is coming from. There's good value here.
