Fraud. That's when it works, which it usually doesn't. Not even very good fraud. They create a page on the fly to look like your state's DMV...than ask you what state you want. Then they either can't find the data or they start the credit card scam.
That's the license plate look-up. The vehicle history part might actually work, but why? There are many sites where you can do that free.
Check this out. "Meet the team". Uhhh... "Meet" usually involves more than someone's first name, you know? The senior officers are afraid to give their names. (The one that does is on the public whois record. Real slick, that). https://www.vehiclehistory.com/meet-the-team.php
My wife got the car in a divotce settlement and she doesnt like the car.She has an 07 jetta that she loves,so we are trying to sell the Benz.Weve had a few people look at it and never heard back from them. This realy helped me with price and a history.I thought it may have been wrecked or had water damage. All is very good.Thank you.If you need a good car,the benz is siver,4 door, sunroof, leather, all original.Just needs tires and a good owner. The Benz leaks nothing.Runs like a new one.
The site is set up very deviously to trick you, it keeps flashing your order grand total as $1 then after you have put your credit card information in you find out its $120, FRAUD, ***** need to let people know before they put there credit card information in what the true total is. Customer service refused to issue a refund saying "Our system can't do that!" Bull CRAP! Just stay away from this scam!!
