verizonwireless.comは安全ですか？

Okay, I don't use Verizon myself, but I know people who do use it, and they hate their Verizon. They overcharge, for what? FOR REGULAR PHONES. No fancy smartphones, not really a fancy plan I'd bet, and yet they are paying hundreds just for two basic phones. AVOID VERIZON WIRELESS AT ALL COSTS!!!

Bought the pre-payed plan and got the hotspot jet pack. It took five hours to set the thing up and when the jet pack wouldn't work, I called customer service for help only to find out much later the clown should have transfer me to technical support. Then it took another two hours to straighten up my account. If Verizon is suppose to be the best I hate to see what the others are like.

I've been a customer with them for less than a year so there is likely a honeymoon phase here. That said, there is one person at a local Verizon store who makes my day every time I need help. Thanks to that one person I have a completely positive view of Verizon from a customer-service perspective. Now if they would just get those Android updates pushed out I would be completely happy.

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for almost 13 years now, and could not be more satisfied with the reception. I did have one customer service experience which could have turned out badly, but because I had worked in a call center myself (for another wireless company, ironically) I knew to keep after the rep until she found a workaround. Basically, with any cell phone company, you have to keep pressing your issue (and often asking for managers) until you get it resolved. The first person you get on the phone almost never has the authority to resolve anything more than the tiniest of problems so, keep escalating until you get what you need!
