I received an auto email to review a product that has yet to arrive after 3 weeks! What is worse is that Vesternet informed me that my order and delivery status could not be tracked. This ruined my Christmas home automation project.

***** has been a valuable site for HomeAutomation information for years. Not sure why it has a middling rating.
Hopefully if a few more veteran users up vote the site, it will cancel out the poor ratings of a few maligned individuals.

Seems to have much positive advice on home automation.
Neg review seems to have originated from, a user who has since been banned. Can see nothing negative for children, but don't see any reason why they'd want to come here anyway - unless they are a bit precocious!
Follow-up
Having now visited loads of times I'm now getting a bit annoyed that this is still being flagged as in any way a problem.
It is a valuable reference site for home automation.
STILL annoyed about this spurious flag months and loads of visits later.
Mark as safe NOW.

This is a normal trading company, offering home automation equipment. I have bought things from them with no problems, customer service people are really good, about to do so again. There is no reason for a negative rating.

I cannot understand how WOT rates this poor. It is easily the best place in the UK to buy home automation hardware. The customer service is absolutely outstanding.
