Vexels is a scam and a total waste of time. No revisions - they send you one design and if they get it wrong they won't change it. I had a year subscription and most of what they sent me we were off the mark so much that I could not use it. For example, I requested a baseball player and they sent me a design with a football helmet. I requested a design with softballs and they sent me a design with tennis balls (recycled from another design on their site). Lifetime subscription - you have to trash their designs once your subscription expires. In other words, you have to keep paying them to use their designs. Limited designs - Overall, I am not impressed with their artwork. I am trying to be fair but most of the time I cringed at what they sent me. Put it this way, I only used 6 or 8 of their designs out of 15 to 18 I requested. Rejected designs - Too many times they rejected my requests because of perceived copyright issues, however, I was simply sending them a graphic to get a feel for what I was needed. I didn't want them to copy anything. Crappy Download Feature - when sending them a design you want to use as an example they require you to convert that image to a URL. You can't simply download a jpg file. What a pain. Editing - you can only edit their designs in Abode Illustrator but unfortunately, I don't' know how to use AI. I feel my time working with them was a total waste because I can't use their designs after my subscription expired. I am not a big fan of breaking my legal obligations, so I deleted all their designs from my retail store.
