no product support. busy signal everytime I have called. I spoke to their "sister" company who enforces them supposedly and when I mentioned Vidionix he said, "huh". I spoke to Mike Liu who originally contacted me by phone asking how much I pay for security cameras and dvr's. He sent me an email with product pricing as well as a link to Vidionix and the sister company Escene Communication. He had no idea what I was talking about and seemed lost for words when I mentioned Vidionix. I will go with a company who knows what they are selling and where their product is coming from.
