Scammers abuse this site and send scam/phishing email using it. They register victim's emails and enter scam URLs into the name field. Then this web-server sends those scam URLs to the victims. Now, I report all of those cases to the owners, and so far nothing has been done to prevent abuse. I recommended to use captcha, block Russian IPs, and never copy any user-entered data into auto-generated emails. I stop forwarding those emails to the owners, but I leave this information here in hope some day it will reach those unprofessional and ignorant people.
