vip.asus.comは安全ですか？

Like all Electronic equipment, you have to know what your doing! It is very important to READ the information on what your doing. I have looked over a few of the comments here about this ASUS site, only looking at the negative ones, and what I see in the first handful of RED letter complaints, is poor customer experience. First of all I must say, Most complaints with a problem on customer support on any electronics, is normally due to American business sending Jobs over seas, this part is true. But do not blame the person in India because you did not read the disclaimer on the software you installed, it plainly states, "The use of this software may cause harmful effects, undesirable results, hardware damage, and if you do not agree, then click the NO button, and do not install this software!" Well, we know you installed it, because your bitching at someone who barely understands your English about how the program burned up your motherboard! If you did not want to take the risk, you should not have installed the software. It did warn you when you installed it. It works with about 95% of all the brands, but not 100%. What is really unbelievable, is the fact you think there was something that was not your fault. Sound like my ex-wife, all ways right, never wrong, and does what she wants regardless of the outcome...

Their hardware is fine enough but their software is useless and their customer support is a waste of time most of the time (although that's true with most high tech companies today, they may have saved money per hour moving call centers to India but I bet the average call times skyrocketed).
