I have been following ViperChill for about 3 years now, and the owner dispenses fantastic advice that has helped me immensely with my own websites over the years.
I have to be honest, I'm shocked to see all these negative reviews by people who clearly haven't evaluated the site properly. This really makes me doubt the effectiveness and fairness of WOT... sorry to say...
I have bought a number of Glen's products and all of them have been nothing short of brilliant, and delivered everything they promised to deliver.
Private whois records and products that no longer exist and that cannot be evaluated are definitely no basis for a negative review! If you are in to internet marketing, SEO or have your own website and want to learn how to make money from it, I highly encourage you to delve into ViperChill and make up your own mind.
Just my 2 cents...
Brendon
I found this site to be safe. All of the places I checked came back with good ratings including Google, Webutation, Norton Safe web, and my own experience. I ranked it suitable for children; although, I don't think any children will ever use the site.
The previously mentioned questionable java-script found in a linked website to this one, ( cloud living) is used in PHP files for user authentication purposes, and since this is a blog it makes perfect sense.
The author of this site has had articles published on YouMoz (at SEOmoz - one of the most trusted SEO sites on the web).
One of his articles was so good it was voted up by Moz members, so it was published again on their official blog.
The guy who writes the ViperChill blog is one of those rare people who is popular among the affiliate marketing crowd and also respected by people in corporate marketing at very large companies.
I've be a subscriber for over a year and the blog's posts have been helpful and useful in the B2B realm (which is where I am employed). At no point did I feel that there was anything spammy or malicious coming from the site. I signed up for WOT recently, but when I paid a visit to the blog, I was surprised to see the rating. And even more dismayed by the tone in the comment threads. It calls into question the veracity of WOT rating system.
This site is safe to visit, however it runs background processes which stall page loads and scrolling.
There do not appear to be any direct scams here but the owner gives bad advice suggesting the use of black-hat marketing methods while disclaiming responsibility for whatever you might do with this information. From this site, he links to and recommends his other sites where he claims to have "earned" barrels of money by implementing these methods.
WOT, you need to take this site OFF warning status. Check it out for yourselves. This is a very useful site, and I was shocked to see a WOT pop up when I came to read a post today. I have subscribed to ViperChill emails for a long time, and have only gotten good, useful content from them. No spam, nothing at all devious, harmful, or spammy. Pretty sure a jealous competitor must have flagged this site.
Have never been scammed by Glen in the last two years of following any of his various web enterprises. Not sure how this site is classified as such here but it is nonsense.
I don't know why this site has been listed on WOT but I've been an active member of the VIPERCHILL community for almost two years now. It is an informational site, products are sold but by no means is it a scam...STOP IT !
