i.e. If a user doesn have WOT installed, visits a page that is low ranked by WOT and gets infected by ***** adware, this page will actually help that user to remove this adware.

This is a good Site.
It actually provides you with guidelines on how to remove malware, viruses, unwanted browser extensions.
Yes, it does advert Zemana AntiMalware but the point is that they are not virus infecting site, they are more like a virus removal site (which is their name by the way).
