Not a positive experience - told me they could get hold of some glasses that every other website said had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Stated they'd be dispatched in 10 days or so, and kept claiming that every time I made contact to ask what was going on. 5 weeks later I gave up and filed for a paypal refund, at which point they contacted me and asked me to 'withdraw my claim as they couldn't refund me otherwise' (of course, once you withdraw the claim you no longer have any recourse through paypal, so NEVER do this). I would not touch them with a ten-foot pole.
