On the 10th day of December I made an order for an item that was marked as "In Stock" I was expecting it to arrive in about 3 or 4 days. On the 19th day of December I wrote to them to ask about my purchase. On the 21st Day of December they replied to me and said "We've requested an update from our warehouse team regarding the status of this order, we will now raise a ticket on this one and once we receive more information we will be able to email that through for you, we usually receive a response within 24 - 48 hours." On the 18th day of January I sent them an email complaining about the long delay and asked for a refund. On the 18th Day of January I got a reply that my order has been set for a refund, They told me the refund will take 7 working days It is now the 27th Day of January and the refund has not been processed. It has now been 48 days since I made my order that never arrived or refunded.
