I actually read the terms of use for their site. In it to summarize the key points lets see! In order to use you must first agree to waive any rights you have in which to protect yourself from damages their site apparently causes.  They also expressly say how they and any third parties or direct affiliates are not bound to any privacy restrictions with any information that they collect. To my surprise apparently it is the primary function of this site. After they are done getting your permission into your computer they hand you over to their affiliates in which you are now considered an open door policy user to any function or information they can find useful. I think you get the point. Trust me! This is what they said in black and white(just far more overdrawn out and complicated). Or don't trust me and read it for yourself.
