This site is safe and not a scam, for you can run a car on water through electrolysis. The only problem ( which this site seeks to address) is the efficiency of the electrolysis cell which has yet to be more productive in splitting water than consuming electricity to power it. This is a fraud; it is impossible to run a car off water. The web site claims one can do the impossible. In reality it promotes running a car off electricity, wasting 90% or so of the energy involved. Only a complete retard would think wasting electricity is "green."
