Our local PBS station (WCNY) is by far our favorite station for unbiased news, science programming, history, and entertainment. Why others would rate it sub-par is beyond comprehension ---must be people lacking in any sense of curiosity, desire for self-improvement -- or jealous competitors.

This is the website of Syracuse's classical music public radio station. I have not experienced a problem with this site. Lightbeam showed at a recent visit a connection to Google fonts api only, and no other information transmitted nor shared. I have never experienced spam related activity. Reading Marie Lamb's post it appears the problem mentioned by another poster, was taken care of in early 2014. I trust this website. - Michael

Regarding the comment about spammers on the WCNY site's blog, WCNY eliminated the blog from their website in 2013. I work for the station and I used to do most of the FM blog posts, and I also had to get rid of a lot of spam comments. The spam problem was the main reason the station got rid of the blog.
