webinopoly.comは安全ですか？

Spammer mohamad Farhat, of Webinopoly, Apple Tech Designs, harvested my email address from WHOIS records and violated US anti-spam laws by sending SPAM emails advertising their services.  Public WHOIS records list the address of these spammers as 13115 Hampton Bay Dr, Pearland Texas. The sending of unsolicited commercial emails (UCE, also known as SPAM) is illegal in the US because it is a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act law.  The sending of SPAM emails that don't have a working unsubscribe link and don't have a physical street address listed in the email is also a violation of US law, Sorry MoFarhat, but anyone who violates the anti-SPAM laws of my country is not someone I would ever do business with, and if the only way they can get customers is by engaging in illegal SPAM activity then their web design skills are probably lacking.  Spammer reported to Spamcop and FTC.  Spammer's website is hosted by HostGator
