Ordered fridge online. Fridge looked like they took a baseball bat to it. Told them to take it back and get me another one. They said we will leave this one here as a loaner and bring you another one. Next fridge was worse. Said take it back and said get us another one. Finally we said just come get the damn thing. Never came and got it on the 17 or the 25. They said we refused. Like wth. Finally they came and got that damn thing out of my house. Charged my account almost 50 bucks and no refund. Now I have no fridge and I’m out almost 1800 bucks. Have to wait for hours on the phone and they transfer you around and then disconnect. I really think this is a scam at this point. It’s been a week and no refund and I can’t get to a person.
