From a spam message: "Brand Name world tabs store" (whatever that means) header: ***** ([173.189.25.73]). Someone trying to run a spam operation out of the Kelswater Bridge community. Another ISP who does not care where the money comes from. Besides, how good is your operation if it can be traced using free online tools?
