wishpond.comは安全ですか？

I was lied to by a manager. about what I could get from wishpond and in what time frame, also they come up with their own interpretation for their contract that includes cancellation fees (not present in the actual contract) I got a website that is stuck behind a $250 template fee (unuseable, I wasnt told Id have to pay extra up front) and 3 icons for use in copy. I got one campaign in 90 days (except I couldnt upgrade my webpage without spending $250) when promised one every 45-60.Wishpond employees had not logged into my account in the last 30 days when I requested to cancel indicating no effort toward a second actually money generating campaign was occurring. They are now saying I owe them 2700 to cancel!! Stay far far far away and dont trust them when they try to belittle the negative reviews, theres a good chance ill have to handle this in court and you best believe id rather pay an honest lawyer than a scamming company that preys on small business.

Like most commercial enterprises, this site does everything it can to steer you towards a paid plan. It prompts you to start creating a campaign before saying anything about it costing money. Luckily, once you do find the link for "Plans" after exiting the campaign you've already started, you see that they do offer a free plan. And it seems like it has a lot of cool features. But, after spending a lot of time on your campaign, filling out all the prompts, it only tells you after the fact that you used features only available with a paid plan (rather than, say, just not prompting you for those features when you've already signed up for the free plan, or at least having a notification there before you put work into it). I spent an hour starting a campaign only to get to the end and find out that I used the "Social Promotions" feature that is only for paid plans, and after several attempts at going back and taking this feature off, changing everything I could think of that it might be, I was still getting that message.
