wiziq.comは安全ですか？

During the demo, Wiziq was fantastic, but when they turned over the app after we paid, that was when we experienced it as slow and non loading. The worse thing is that we have been asking for a refund for the past 2 years. Continuously, as if we have time to do that. Every time we follow up, they ask what the problem is and we forward all the conversations to them again. Last month they said that it has been two years and that they cannot refund anymore. We told them it is not our fault because we have been asking for the refund since 2014. We have numerous screenshots of our refund request emails which they ignored. Until now we are still sending photos of our refund requests since 2014 and they still won't acknowledge it. This is a scam and I will find all the reviews and spend time to tell everyone of our experience and show proof.
