Transferred funds from Revolute, I was debited and have a transaction in my history, the exchanger reported that the funds were frozen and a few hours later I received a message that they had not received any funds.

WMmoney Exchanger is an unreliable service. I sent USDT for exchange, but the funds were "frozen" without clear explanation. They refer to AML checks, even though my data and transactions are fully clean according to my own AML checks. They refused to return the money, claiming they "didn't receive it," but provided no proof to back this up. The funds were sent to a cold wallet, which they present as an exchange without naming it. Support is unhelpful, requesting documents and then disregarding their own policies. This seems to be a certain type of scheme. In the end, they refuse to return the money. Not recommended for use.
