Great site listing hundreds of WP themes. As said already, with themes not listed on the ***** site, check before installing.

They modify the themes footer.php to include a link to cheep-drugs-online.com. Any site that link to bad sites Could (should, imo) also be blacklisted. It could be your blog. If you dont download from ***** you have to verify the content before using it.
