wormman.comは安全ですか？

Never sent my order and will not refund money. A little research (try googling "wormman") results in the exact same complaint from scores of ripped-off former customers. It's a scam site. If you've used a credit card to order from them, make sure to keep an eye on your statements. I haven't had a problem on that count, but I'm worried that I might have one in the future. BAD NEWS WEBSITE! STEER CLEAR!

This used to be a reliable vendor for reptile food, but a recent change in ownership has left it apparently mismanaged. A recent order of ours was delayed for nearly two months, at the end of which we received our money back and none of the supplies we'd ordered. The only explanation given was that it was suddenly "too cold" to ship the lobster roaches we'd ordered... AFTER an unexplained delay (and no responses to our inquiries). It's sad to see a good vendor go downhill like this after we'd been their customer for nearly four years, but we will not buy from them again.

As of today, all of their phone numbers have been disconnected. I have been unable to obtain a refund for the order that never shipped, and aside from one email from their "customer service" that took a MONTH to receive am now unable to contact anyone about the problem. This site is a SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I had the same exact problem as another reviewer documented. After two months of back-and-forth for an order of lobster roaches, they suddenly canceled the order with the "it's too cold" justification, after promising three different times that they would send out the shipment "this week". I still have not received my money back. It's too bad that such a reliable supplier has gone downhill that way.
