the site in general is okay, except that it leaves adverts in your wp-admin, which are annoying on a small screen, also they have a major lack of support, i contacted them several times from their contact form to no reply, their is no sign up to their forums. also when going premium paypal automaticly accepts the auto-renewal in the subscription... just be aware, other than that the system and concept is okay... but has alot of room for improvement. update: December 2013, thier support is good, but slow, they do help and the forums are available only to registered clients. they did tell me what code to remove to eliminate the ads in wp-admin.
