My friend had sent an ipod into these guys whos slogan is " We Treat Your Ipod LIke It Is Our Ipod" wow. than you treat it like crap. I work at an apple store and this could have been the worst repair I have seen in my life. never get anything repaired from these guys.

I sent my iPod in on ***** with explicit instructions regarding issues and requested repairs. On ***** I called again to check up on my order- untouched. I reiterated on the phone my order/specifications, paid for new parts, waited again. ***** I had to call again to find out the status (no email update) on my iPod- they did a visual check and left it on the shelf. Several calls later I re-reiterated my order , they got started on it and sent me an email the next day telling me it's in the mail. They may be expert repairmen but they're sloppy business men and I don't trust their "testimonials". You have to hound them, but they'll get the job done. Good luck.
