i've received spam to an email address used only on their website

i've had to blacklist the email account solely associated with this site due to the number of phishing, spam and scam emails received: poor security with my details has obviously led to this.

Very informative website and well moderated forum. Been a member for more than 5 years and not once received any unsolicited junk or phishing emails.

It would appear that their site was compromised (http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/forum/post/index.htm?t=76204) and that all members' information was accessed by third parties that then sent phishing emails and spam to the email addressed (password were also accessed (which were stored in unencrypted form)).
