I think it's harsh to give a very negative rating to this site. Pretty clearly a legit computer repair business, specialising in hardware repairs & simple solutions to software problems. I'd be pretty confident he'd turn up on time & do what he said. Looks like in his efforts to find content / make money, he linked to registry 'cleaners'. those links are now dead, suggesting he has learned something. There's no getting round the fact that linking to those sites in the first place doesn't give a good message about the technical level of the business
