Fast website with excellent usability. All the pages I've seen are very business focused and professional. I use their email service, which is very helpful, and customer support has been excellent. (I have no affiliation with the company, other than being a satisfied customer.)

This rating by WOT is ridiculous. I have used Runbox as my only email provider for more than 10 years now and they would have to be the most ethical, customer focused company on the net - FOR REAL! This rating is an ill-informed insult to a great Scandinavian company. Can you show me ANY email provider that doesn't have SOME spammers in it's midst - that is the nature of email - but to rate a reputable company like Runbox in this way - all because of the actions of a few unethical people is grossly unfair and plainly ridiculous. Remove this rating forthwith - it is wholly unjustified.
