Service was fine until US Mail and UPS no longer would deliver tobacco products. They finally got a carrier that could deliver to all 50 states. The company is honest: it's just that the delivery time with the carrier is now very slow. And the company will tell you that. My last order took 6 weeks to deliver, so I just plan and order accordingly. Have done business with the company for a decade and never had any issues.
