I've tested the site on both a protected as well as unprotected system (ie: test system with no AV) and the site is in no way malicious. I rated low-ish on vendor reliability because their phone system is a joke. It's almost as if you're lucky to get through to someone, in spite of the phone message saying you're number 2 or whatever in the queue. Update: I called their phone system recently and it seems that the problems of the past are gone. Fast answers and pretty good service. Ordered 3 packs of filters and all came within 2 days (at a pretty huge discount). Because of this, I've going to rate higher on vendor reliability. Give credit where credit is due.

I made the horrible mistake of falling for their bullshit "free" trial of the smoking everywhere gold product.I canceled said "trial" in less than 24 hours of placing the order and had the 9.95 FEE (free trial my ass) removed from my credit card balance by my CC issuer.But even though I CANCELED the trial and they NEVER SENT the product,they still charged me an additional 99.02 recently for the product ANYWAY. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from these thieves.You can get much better products for less than HALF what they charge from at least a dozen OTHER e-cigarette vendors.And the other sellers don't fraudulently charge your credit card when you return or cancel an order.They ALSO will actually ANSWER your emails and phone calls, unlike the crooks at smoking everywhere. I actually had my first bad experience with them when I bought a gold one cigarette from a kiosk at the Galleria in Houston.The heat element burned out in less than 60days.When I contacted them they said "no problem, just mail the atomizer back with a copy of your receipt and we will replace it" But after I sent the damn thing back they didn't ship a replacement.I called and emailed repeatedly for almost a month before someone replied.And what did they say?We are just wanting to charge you 7.95 MORE (for shipping supposedly) before we ship your WARRANTY replacement part.The warranty makes NO mention that the customer is responsible for anything other than the cost to ship the BROKEN part to them.which to me borders on fraud.I of course DID NOT pay and I still have NOT received my piddly little atomizer for their crappy product.BUYER BEWARE!! And then BEWARE some MORE!Stay away from these CROOKS!!!!!

An unsatisfactory rating indicates that the site may contain annoying advertisements, excessive pop-ups, or content that makes your browser crash. Vendor reliability: Is the site safe for buying and selling, or for business transactions in general? A poor rating indicates possible fraud or a bad shopping experience. Privacy: Can you trust the site owner, safely supply your e-mail address, and download files? A poor rating indicates spam, adware, or spyware. Child safety: Does the site contain age-inappropriate material (content that is sexually oriented, hateful, or violent in nature) or encourage activities that are dangerous or illegal?

They constantly send the wrong product. Then you are forced to pay shipping again. This is not a one time issue. I have ordered from them twice and both instances turned out the same. Their live chat support ignores you when you dont agree with their way to resolve the issue. Call them on the phone to get it straightened out and as soon as they hear your name... on hold you go and they don't ever pick in back up. Call back...same thing... once they get the name they throw you back on hold and don't ever pick back up. Two hours and I am not closer to having the product I paid for nor a resolution on getting my money back. BEWARE
