My account was deleted without any explanation or notice even though we have a $ 20 deposit and there was no question of violating the ToS.
We asked for some explanations and a point of view as well as the reimbursement of the $ 20 and the possibility of retrieving data on aka back-up account.

I had to go to my bank to cancel the card attached to the Vultr account to request a denial of payment for these infected characters and recover my $ 20 deposit.
