xenforo.comは安全ですか？

In my situation xenForo did not work out for me and did not offer me what I needed. I would even argue that it doesn't offer much over free alternatives. But that is not the reason for my negative review. I come from years of using phpBB and decided to take a look at xenForo. At first sight everything looked good so I decided to make the purchase reading that they had a "reasonable" refund policy and with staff claiming that they would offer a refund if the software didn't work out for you. Within a week of trying I figured out that it didn't work out for me and I made a support ticket kindly asking for a refund. As it turns out they made a mistake in their license agreement and they forgot to put un before reasonable, meaning they have an unreasonable refund policy. Their staff made the biggest possible problem out of my refund request and denied it and now I'm left with a license I won't be using. A refund policy says everything about a company and product and a decent company with a decent product doesn't need to earn money by denying refunds of dissatisfied customers. Don't try this out.
