yamaha-motor.comは安全ですか？

Yamaha provided false information to me. I was told a part (carburetor) would be deliverable. Based on this I bought a big quantity of new Yamaha parts. All the parts are worthless to me because I am missing the carburetors. I have contacted ~30 Yamaha marine dealers from Europe to America and also Yamaha directly. I even ordered and paid for the part a year ago. So far the dealer did not deliver and only gave me excuses. Yamaha kept saying the part is in stock. I asked Yamaha to refer me a dealer that can deliver the part. They gave me two dealers that again denied my request. At this point I can't say if Yamaha lied about their stock or if those dealers just don't want to sell the part. Either way I am not sure if this qualifies as scam but this is not how Business should be done.
