Owned and very badly operated by Tim Moore who is a 1-man disaster of confusion, misdirection, shoddy service and questionable business practices. It is by far the very worse ISP that U could pick, stay away or pay more for a better ISP: tech-support is a joke and complain about it, an answering machine will record your gripes but like e-mails 2 asisna U won't get Jack back to help unless U call sisna HQ 1-877-467-4762, who will refer U right back to Tim tech-support/billing/web-hosting/etc. He flaunts/violates his own TOS and ducks legitimate issues by ignoring them. He walks a fine line between struggling to keep his servers working and ducking his customers complaints. Private billing by a company he just happens to lay in bed with: TSMG is cheap, and cheap ISP service is what U get. Don't know a single customer of this cyber-racket who has anything positive to say about this mess of IT slum-lording. There are no positive qualities 2 this operation so don't cry or whine as asisna Tim don't care. Predict he will lose this francise the more of his own servces he fails to provide yet sings about how good sisna in Spokane is on this rated web-site & affiliated ones.
