Some people think that tracking users is the same thing as malware/virus, which is simply ridiculous. These WOT ratings suffer when people go overboard crying malware/virus! when it is just the same sort of tracking that 90% of any commerce site does. Why not claim that ***** is malware/virus? Same thing -- they track you as you browse their store to see the way customers use their site and attempt to provide more relevant recommendations. Duh. If you do not want to be tracked at all, fine. But don't call it malware unless it is actually malware.
