More or less, it is a site that is promoting the African American culture. It is a little racist, but not to the point where it is a bad site. Nothing should be low, because racism has nothing to do with any of the ratings.

There is nothing inherently racist about this site. This is a targeted marketing site that targets the African-American demographic. It doesn't promote hate or negative stereotypes. In fact, it promotes education, opportunity and entrepreneurship. The site is lacking in depth of content, but I applaud the intent.
